“Address me as sir, I’m not your mate:” - Yul Edochie tells fans
SHARE

Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie, has demanded respect from his fans who are far younger than him.

He made the demand when he flaunted pictures of his 18-year-old daughter on social media to show how far he has come in life.

Yul said anyone who does not yet have an 18-year-old and in the university should refer to him as Sir Yul Edochie.

He stated that he and such people are not mates.

His post read:

“If your first child is not up to 18yrs old and in the university or you’re yet to have a child, don’t worry. I pray for you today, God Almighty will bless you with this great gift at his appointed time. Amen. But till then, address me as SIR YUL EDOCHIE.

Make sure you put ‘SIR’. I’m not your mate.”

Meanwhile, Yul Edochie faced a barrage of criticism after he made a video speaking about how to live a happy life.

In the Instagram video, the actor stated one of the secrets to living a happy life is to always be grateful for what you have no matter your present condition.

He said people who keep focusing on what they don’t have will never be happy. Yul urged people to be grateful for where they are and what they have achieved.

Even if it looks as if you’ve not really achieved anything or achieved much compared to other people, the fact that you are still alive, you are winning.
