Apple officially stated on Monday that it will reveal the iPhone 16 range on September 9th.
The formal announcement comes after prior rumours indicated that the event would take place on September 10th.
The arrangement is believed to be similar to the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 events, which provided an in-person experience for the press and a virtual experience for everyone else. At Apple Park in Cupertino.
At this event, Apple will provide the press with hands-on experience with the new iPhone 16 and Apple Watch Series 10 hardware.
According to well-known Apple analyst Mark Gurman, the September 10 announcement event has already been scheduled, with shipments expected to begin on September 20. Pre-orders will begin immediately after the event, as usual.
The event will take place at the regular location, Apple Park in Cupertino, and the corporation will begin mailing out invitations next week.
Apple’s iPhone 16 event will begin at 10 a.m. PT on September 9.

The iPhone 16 series will reportedly contain larger screens on the Pro models, as well as a new button for snapping photos.
The purpose of the feature is to make it easier to capture content in landscape mode.
The phones are also likely to integrate Apple’s suite of AI technologies, known as Apple Intelligence, which were introduced earlier this year.
The event may also feature the release of Apple Watch Series 10.
Furthermore, Apple is likely to release iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia, watchOS 11, and other important operating system updates shortly after the event.
