Talented Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko has decided to stay put at top-flight German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig and sign a new contract on improved terms.
This was made known in a post shared on the X handle of transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who noted that Sesko’s decision to stay at Leipzig is similar to what Haaland decided back at BVB.
Romano also added in his post that Sesko, who has been linked to a host of Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United, will stay at Leipzig with a new gentleman agreement for a future exit.
‘‘Benjamin Šeško has decided to STAY at RB Leipzig and sign new contract on improved terms!

‘‘Šeško will stay at Leipzig with a new gentlemen agreement for future exit.’’ Romano wrote on Twitter.
This is in response to a report that suggested Arsenal would try to sign either Victor Osimhen of Napoli FC or Sesko of RB Leipzig during the summer transfer window.
This much information was made known by Sky Italy’s Gianluca Di Marzio, who says he expects Arsenal to make a move for either Sesko or Osimhen when the transfer window reopens.
Recall weeks ago that Di Marzio also reported that Osimhen may likely not sign for French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PS) next season as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe.
Despite having signed a new contract with the team in December that included a release clause worth roughly £113 million ($144 million), the Nigerian international will leave Napoli at the end of the current campaign, according to Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
