Nigerian superstar, Damini Ogulu famously known as Burna Boy has released his seventh studio album, named “I Told Them”
Top performers including rapper J. Cole, 21 Savage, and Seyi Vibez from Nigeria are featured on the much anticipated 15-track album.
Burna Boy claimed in an interview with Complex 360 that he was drawn to J. Cole after seeing them play together at the rapper’s Dreamville Fest earlier this year.
“The truth is often hidden, but when you come across it and you are a person of truth yourself, you can’t help but recognize it,” the 32-year-old told Zane Lowe. “You know what I mean? That’s really the story of me and J Cole. It’s like, I recognize it.” He said.
