English Premier League side Chelsea are reportedly considering a move for a new goalkeeper next season to serve as competition for Spanish goaltender Robert Sanchez.
This was made known in a report published by ‘The Telegraph‘, which disclosed that Chelsea will try to recruit a new goalkeeper to compete with Sanchez for the first-choice position, with Djordje Petrovic’s future uncertain.
Real Madrid’s Andriy Lunin was on the board’s radar for a while but his characteristics do not match what the new manager is looking for in a goalkeeper despite earlier links with Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.
