English Premier League (EPL) side Chelsea is set to complete deals to sign two talented youngsters namely Omari Kellyman and Brazilian wonderkid Willian Estevao.
Per respected transfer journalist Matt Law, both Chelsea and Aston Villa are in negotiations for Chelsea to sign their gifted young player Kellyman this summer.
If the London club expresses a serious interest in signing the 18-year-old attacker, the Villains are probably going to ask for a transfer fee of about £20 million.
Further reports reveal that Kellyman who is valued at £19m has already given his green light to Chelsea in his quest to move from Aston Villa as he has also been included in discussions for left-back player Ian Maatsen but in a separate deal.

In a related development, Chelsea is also set to sign Brazilian wonder kid Willian Estevao with all documents for the player’s move to the EPL said to have been signed.
According to a report by transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, the sum of €4m add-ons has been inserted into the Estevão deal between Chelsea and Palmeiras which will be for future achievements.
There’s also a specific bonus for Palmeiras in case Estevão, who will join Chelsea after the Clubs’ World Cup 2025, wins the Ballon d’Or as the club’s player within 2033.
