Talented Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has revealed the biggest challenge that he has to overcome following his move from Turkey to the Italian club, Lazio.
Fisayo who opened up in a recent chat said that the biggest challenge is that Italian football is very tactical as he had some problems in the beginning but he is now understanding what his coach wants.
He also shared that he knows that he needs to adapt to the Serie A, but he has found a very supportive environment at the club and he hopes he can have a great season.
“Italian football is very tactical; this is the biggest challenge. My favourite role is as a number 8 or 10. I am ready to play and make the fans happy. I had some problems at the beginning of the season, but now I am better, and I understand what the coach wants,” he told the club’s official website.

“The training I received at Manchester City was very good, and Turkish football taught me a lot. I know I’ll need to adapt to Serie A, but I’ve found a very supportive environment here, and I hope we can have a great season.”
Marco Baroni, the manager of Lazio, believes that 23-year-old Dele-Bashiru, who scored eight goals in 36 league games for Hatayaspor the previous season, will be a major player for the team.
“He (Dele-Bashiru) was born in Manchester City, he too has embraced this new project, we hope to soon achieve the desired results for the joy of the fans and the club,” he told the club’s official website.
