Ex-France international footballer Emmanuel Petit has urged his former club Arsenal to sign Napoli FC and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen ahead of next season.
Petit, who made the call in a recent chat with Boylesports said that Victor Osimhen can help transform the North London club into a title-winning side.
He said that Osimhen, who has been amazing with Lille and then Napoli, is a physically strong striker and is an out-and-out number nine who will deliver goals.
Petit said, “I think Arsenal need a 30-goal striker to finally win the Premier League, and that man could be Victor Osimhen, who has been amazing with Lille and then Napoli.

“His dream is to come to England, and he could be brilliant here. He’s physically so strong and is an out-and-out number nine, so he’d be my first choice,” he added.
Meanwhile, recent reports say Manchester United have relaunched their interest in signing Osimhen this summer as they eagerly seek to resolve their goal-scoring problems.
Il Corriere dello Sport reported that Manchester United would be willing to make a sizable bid to sign the sensational striker, who was one of several players the team evaluated last summer before acquiring Rasmus Hojlund.
