Real Madrid’s teenage sensation Endrick is reportedly set for a loan move in January, just months before his highly anticipated debut at the Santiago Bernabéu.

According to multiple Spanish outlets, Los Blancos have decided that the 18-year-old Brazilian starlet will be loaned out to gain regular first-team minutes and to adapt to European football before making his competitive debut for Madrid.

Endrick, who officially joins from Palmeiras in January 2025 after turning 18, is said to have attracted interest from La Liga sides such as Getafe and Rayo Vallecano, as well as clubs in Portugal and the Netherlands.

A source close to Real Madrid reportedly told Marca:

“The plan is not to rush him. Madrid wants Endrick to develop in a calmer environment before he steps into the pressure of the Bernabéu.”

The move, insiders say, is part of a carefully managed development plan, similar to the one the club used with Vinícius Júnior and Rodrygo, both of whom needed time to adapt to European football before becoming first-team regulars.

Despite the temporary move, Madrid fans remain excited about Endrick’s arrival—especially after his dazzling performances for Palmeiras and Brazil’s youth teams, in which he has earned comparisons to Ronaldo Nazário for his explosive pace and clinical finishing.

If all goes as planned, Endrick is expected to return to Real Madrid next summer, ready to fight for a spot under Xabi Alonso alongside Vinícius, Rodrygo, and Mbappé.
