Enzo Maresca, the experienced Italian-born coach of English Premier League (EPL) club Chelsea FC has provided Reece James and Malo Gusto injury updates.
The coach who was speaking to the press ahead of Chelsea’s weekend game against West Ham said that Reece James is still out injured and his recovery date is delayed.
Maresca also noted that it is unfortunate that he does not know when exactly he will return to training but he must come back when he is 100% fit to play again.
He said: “Reece James is still out and his recovery is a bit delayed”.

“The most important is that they come back when they are 100% fit. Reece is still not available”.
When asked for a schedule for Reece James’ return, Maresca said; “No… unfortunately, we don’t have an idea at the moment on when he will return”.
While fielding questions on the return of Malo Gusto, the coach stated that the player is not yet fit to play and the club’s medical team is doing its best to ensure his full recovery.
“Malo Gusto is also not fit and not ready to play yet, as well as Reece James”. Maresca noted.
