The company disclosed this in a notice signed by its Company Secretary, David Edet, and made available to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Thursday, stating that the meeting will take place at Eterna’s Board Room, 5a Oba Adeyinka Oyekan Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos, at 1:00 p.m.

“Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Eterna Plc (the Company) will take place on Wednesday, 29th October 2025 at the Company’s Board Room located at 5a Oba Adeyinka Oyekan Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos at 1:00pm,” Edet stated.

According to the notice, the primary agenda includes the consideration of the Company’s Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q3 2025 UFS) and other matters slated for discussion.

“Consideration of the Company’s Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th September 2025 (Q3 2025 UFS) and other items slated for the meeting,” he added.

Edet also reiterated that the company remains fully compliant with the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), particularly regarding the observance of a closed period for trading in the company’s securities.

“As earlier announced and in compliance with the post listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for listed companies, the Company’s closed period, which commenced on 1 October 2025, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Q3 2025 UFS and other price-sensitive information is disclosed to the public,” the notice explained.

During this closed period, insiders—including directors, employees, and their connected persons—are prohibited from engaging in any form of trading in the company’s shares.

“Consequently, no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period,” Edet emphasised.
