Atiku Abubakar’s presidential campaign on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, Ekiti state was shunned by key members of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, a former governorship candidate, Bisi Kolawole and an acting PDP State Chairman, Lanre Omolase were nowhere to be found during the rally, the Punch reports.

Seven of the nine National Assembly and 20 out of 26 House of Assembly candidates were also absent for the presidential campaign.
