Gov Sanwo-Olu meets Daewoo executives, commits to bolstering investment climate in Lagos

Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday, welcomed the management team of Daewoo Engineering and Construction Nigeria Limited, led by Group Chairman Mr Jung Won Ju, at the Lagos House in Ikeja, affirming the state’s dedication to fostering a conducive environment for business growth.

During the visit, Governor Sanwo-Olu assured the delegation of his government’s commitment to supporting and collaborating with companies, particularly in the automobile, real estate, and technology sectors. 

He emphasized his administration’s resolve to attract investments from local and international entities.

Expressing his belief in Lagos as a hub for business, Governor Sanwo-Olu underscored the state’s readiness to extend necessary assistance within its capacity to facilitate investments. 

He highlighted Lagos’ openness to forging partnerships with competent investors, citing the city’s vibrant and skilled youth population as a valuable asset poised to contribute to mutual success.

”We are fully committed to providing the necessary support within our means to facilitate investments. Our city is open, and we are enthusiastic about forging a partnership with competent investors. 

”We have a vibrant and capable youth population that is dynamic and professional, ready to contribute to our mutual success.

”We have an unwavering commitment to fostering a thriving business environment to drive economic growth, create employment opportunities, and maximize the potential of our great state,” he added.
