British football commentator and former West Ham player Shaka Hislop has urged Arsenal FC Mikel Arteta to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the summer.
Hislop who made the call in a chat with ESPN said that Osimhen ticks all the boxes that Arsenal need as he provides the physicality if not more than Kai Hevertz does.
He also argued that Osimhen who is also courted by PSG and Manchester United Osimhen will provide the finishing that Gabriel Jesus promised but hasn’t delivered in the past couple of seasons.
“He ticks all the boxes that Arsenal need. He provides the physicality if not a little bit more than Kai Havertz does in terms of height and setpieces,” Shaka Hislop stated.

“He provides the finishing that Gabriel Jesus promised but hasn’t delivered in the past couple of seasons.
The former player who was born in England and played for them at the under-21 level before representing Trinidad and Tobago at the senior international level said that Arteta should make Osimhen his number one target.
“If I am Mikel Arteta, I am making Osimhen my number one target and then we see who else we can sell and replace and where else we can strengthen in the squad.
“But without question, the first order of business is that style of finisher and I think Osimhen ticks all the boxes that Arsenal need,” Hislop noted.
