The successful launch of the first commercial 25 Gbps microwave link in the world in the E-band spectrum has been announced by Huawei Egypt and Vodafone Egypt.
This ground-breaking accomplishment showcases Egypt’s leadership in cutting-edge telecom technology throughout the Middle East and Africa and reflects Huawei’s dedication to advancing next-generation network solutions.
Jim Liu, Chief Executive Officer at Huawei Egypt disclosed this in a news release.
Newsng understands that With access to over 60 nations globally through 14 undersea cable systems—which are projected to grow to 18 by 2025—the public cloud platform will be housed in Telecom Egypt’s data centres.
