Afro-hip-hop star, Davido has said he does not wish for anyone one’s child to die the way he lost his son, Ifeanyi, by drowning.

The singer made the statement in reaction to a statement made by a troll, Albert Nat, who blamed the musician for the death of his child.

Albert, a month ago, claimed Davido’s carelessness and carefree attitude caused the death of his son.

The blogger also accused the singer of having a lukewarm fatherly attitude.

However, Davido, in a recent reply to the blogger, stated that he hopes such tragedy never befalls him.

The singer said:

“I hope what happened to me never happens to you.”

Meanwhile, Davido seems to have bounced back from the grief of losing his son.

The singer withdrew from social life after his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi, drowned in a pool at his residence in the Lekki area of Lagos state.

After weeks of mourning, Davido appears to have healed from the tragedy. He was recently seen in a video saying he his back.

Tell the world I am back; let’s go,” the singer said in the clip, which has gone viral.
