Music sensation Tems has told people holding her to high expectations that she is not anybody’s Christian saviour.
The singer made the statement on Tuesday, November 28, via her Twitter handle. However, she did not mention names in her post. But it was obvious she was displeased with some criticism she had been receiving from some fans.

She said:
“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I am not your Christian saviour. I didn’t come here to uphold your beliefs about God. I will not fit into this box you try to put me in. I won’t satisfy you in that area, please find the person that will. Or ask yourself why you care.”
In a subsequent tweet, Tems stated that she doesn’t brag because she is not playing the same game as others. The singer explained that she is building a foundation that can withstand the storm.

In another news, famous Nigerian singer, Timaya, has said he loves his fellow female musician Tems because of her musical prowess.
Timaya made the statement during an interview on Cool FM when responding to a question about his thoughts on the new crop of Nigerian singers.
He stated that Tems reminds him of a secondary school girl who was fond of him back then when he resided at Abike Sulemon in Lekki Phase One.
