Israel Afeare, popularly known as Isreal DMW, an aide to popular Nigerian music superstar, Davido has issued an apology to the Muslim community over the recent controversies that trailed a video posted by his principal.
Mr Israel who is a Logistic Manager to Davido said this on Tuesday in a post via his Instagram story handle on Tuesday.
A screenshot of the post was initially shared on GossipmillTv, as the post no longer appears on Mr Israel’s page.
Meanwhile, Mr Israel explained that his boss had shared the video in the spirit of lifting others which he describes as a hobby that Davido loves.
“Let me specially apologise to my Muslims brothers and sisters, on the video my oga posted, as a result of him wanting to lift up somebody, which is one of his hobbies,” he said.
