Italian club Pisa has officially completed the signing of Nigerian forward Rafiu Durosinmi from Czech side Viktoria Plzeň in a deal worth €9 million.

The 23-year-old striker becomes Pisa’s most expensive acquisition in the club’s history, underlining the Serie B side’s ambition as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new campaign.

Durosinmi arrives after an impressive spell at Viktoria Plzeň, where his physical presence, pace, and goal threat made him one of the standout forwards in the Czech league and European competitions. Pisa moved decisively to secure his signature, fending off interest from other clubs.

Club officials described the deal as a strategic investment, viewing Durosinmi as a long-term attacking focal point capable of making an immediate impact. The forward is expected to join up with his new teammates in the coming days ahead of preseason preparations.

The record-breaking transfer signals Pisa’s intent to push for promotion and marks a significant milestone in the club’s recruitment history.
