Manchester City and Belgium midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has given the biggest hint yet that he may consider moving to the Saudi pro league sometime in the future.
The 33-year-old international player mentioned that a possible draw to the Middle East could be a rise in pay as he is not getting any younger as a professional footballer.
De Bruyne said that if he plays in the Saudi pro league for two years, he will earn an incredible amount, which he has not earned professionally as a footballer for 15 years.
“If I play in Saudi for two years, I’ll be able to earn an incredible amount…”.
“Before that, I had to play football for 15 years and I may not even reach that amount yet”.
