Steve Cooper, the coach of top-flight English Premier League side Leicester City has hailed Wilfred Ndidi’s performance against another EPL club Crystal Palace.
Recall that in the game between Leicester City and Crystal Palace which was played at the King Power Stadium Ndidi provided two assists for his teammate Jamie Vardy and Stephy Mavididi before the visitors rallied to get a draw at the end of the game.
While reacting to the performance put up by Ndidi in the game, Steve Cooper said that the player’s output is no surprise as he did quite a lot of that last season from the analysis he did.

Cooper said that players had a long week travelling and there was thought about the international boys, whether they should play or not but they still decided to play Ndidi because of his experience.
“He did quite a lot of that last season from the analysis I did,” Cooper said of Ndidi’s advanced position.
“We have the players to make decisions on certain profiles for certain games in certain positions.
“Wilf delivered, he’s had a long week travelling and there was thought about the international boys, whether they should play or not. But Wilf’s got so many Premier League appearances under him, which doesn’t mean you start a game but we felt today we needed that and luckily it showed.” The coach concluded.
