The rematch between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk is scheduled for December 21, 2024, according to Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia’s general entertainment authority.
Champion Usyk became the first undisputed champion in the four-belt era ten days ago in Riyadh as he overcame Briton Fury via split decision.
Alalshikh claims that a rematch that was originally scheduled for October has been rescheduled for December.
“The world will watch another historical fight again,” Alashikh added on X.
“Our commitment to boxing fans continues. We hope you enjoy it.”

22 of the 37-year-old Ukrainian’s professional bouts have ended in victories.
Alashikh said the rematch would take place “during Riyadh Season,” although he did not specify the location or date.
Since its debut in 2019, Riyadh Season has been an annual winter entertainment festival that has played host to several high-profile boxing bouts.
With 16 years of professional experience under his belt, Fury, 35, would have the chance to exact retribution for the first time in his career.
