Newly crowned Turkish League champions PAOK Solanica are reportedly considering a summer move for Leicester City and Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho.
PAOK are the latest European club to show an interest in the signature of the 27-year-old player, who has also been linked with English Premier League side Aston Villa.
This update comes weeks after well-known football transfer correspondent Dean Jones predicted that Kelechi Iheanacho would leave Leicester City at the end of the season.
Jones, who made the prediction recently, said that Iheanacho will likely leave Leicester and he may likely pitch tents with Turkish side Trabzonspor.
According to him, Trabzonspor is one of the teams gunning for his signature next season, and the option may have become very real, even though it seems to be early in his career.

“It looks like he (Iheanacho) will leave Leicester, and at the moment, the most likely path for him to take is to Turkey.
Trabzonspor are one of the teams for him, and these sorts of options might have to become very real, even though it seems to be early in his career,” Jones told GIVEMESPORT.
“From a Leicester point of view, keeping him doesn’t seem a wise move as he is one of the higher earners in that side, and he has only started ten games in a season when they are going for a Championship promotion.
Iheanacho, 27, has made just 25 league appearances for Leicester City this season, and he has only scored six goals. He also struggled to obtain playing time following his return from the 2023 AFCON.
It is unlikely that the Foxes will extend the contract of the player who switched from Manchester City to Leicester City in 2017 because it expires at the end of June.
