The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential flagbearer Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that Atiku Abubakar has an agenda to sell Nigeria to his shady partners.
The APC presidential candidate made the statement against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate during his campaign in Ilorin, Kwara state on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
The former Lagos state governor arrived at Ilorin airport as he spent over two hours getting to the Metropolitan Square, venue of the rally.

Tinubu called for a commitment to the administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq claiming the people of the state have enjoyed unprecedented freedom.
Part of the statement released by Tunde Rahman of the Tinubu Media Office to local media reads:
“The PDP candidate in the race is well known for selling everything that has the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s name on it. If it is part of the public treasure or national patrimony, he is looking to pawn it to one of his shady partners.”
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari withdrew from the Kwara state campaign due to some foreign engagements.
The event was due to be postponed but everything went according to plan without President Buhari in attendance.
APC recorded victory in the 2019 election in the state and Tinubu as well as Abdulrazaq and other party members will be looking to cement their legacy in Kwara during the general elections next month.
