The coach of Manchester City Pep Guardiola has ruled out Spanish midfielder Rodrigo Hernandez Cascante aka Rodri out of the season after he sustained a hamstring injury.
Recall that the midfielder who was making his first Premier League start of the season was forced off in the Premier League match with Arsenal which ended in a 2-2 draw at the Etihad.
It has now been confirmed that the player who joined Manchester City in 2019 sustained a muscular injury which will unfortunately rule him out of the rest of the football season.

Pep Guardiola who made the revelation while speaking with the British media ahead of Man City’s game against Newcastle Rodri got the worst outcome when he visited his doctor.
He said; “Unfortunately Rodri got the worst outcome. He got surgery this morning, ACL and some meniscus. This season is over for Rodri. Next season, he will be here”.
“When you have an ACL injury being out for 8/9 months, the year after you have muscular problems. That’s why it’s longer”.
“I think Rodri will come back to his best after not just eight or nine months… that’s why. But it is what it is”. Pep added.
