French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is expected to save €225 million in revenue after Kylian Mbappe eventually leaves the club for Real Madrid.
This information was made known by sports commentator Ben Jacobs, who revealed in a post on his X handle that PSG have freed up €225 million from Mbappe’s departure.
Jacobs further revealed in his post on social media that PSG will save up the said sum, including taxes and social security when Mbappe eventually leaves the club.

”Understand that PSG has freed up €225 million from Kylian Mbappe’s departure, including taxes and social security. A significant portion of this will be put towards multiple players this summer as part of the club’s continued squad revamp and investment in young talent.’’ The sports commentator wrote on X.
In a related development, Mbappe, headed to Real Madrid, is missing from the Paris Saint-Germain 2024–25 home kit release teaser circulated on social media.
Rather, one of the players selected to showcase the new uniform was Warren Zaire-Emery, a rising star at PSG who recently inked a new deal with the team.
