Nigerian actor Yomi Gold has declared that his one-year marriage to his wife, Meenah, has ended.
The Yomi made the announcement in a now-deleted Instagram post on Tuesday, January 3.
He revealed that his soon-to-be ex-wife doesn’t deserve a man like him and will make a loving partner to be a better person.
He said:
“Me and Meenah decided to go our separate ways..I want all our families and friends, fans to understand. This is no time to judge anyone.When love dies in a relationship. No one should force it ..” I want to use this time to thank everyone who has been very concerned and supportive.
The actor stated that his wife is a good person that deserves a better man. He also promised to work on himself in the future.
In another news, veteran Comedian, Bright Okpocha, popularly known as Basketmouth, has announced the end of his 12-year marriage to his wife, Elsie Okpocha.
The media personality made the announcement via his verified Instagram handle on Thursday, December 22.
Basketmouth said despite their separation, he and Elsie will co-parent and give their children all the love and support they need.
He asked members of the public to respect their privacy during this moment.
