Primate Elijah Ayodele has predicted that there could be a possible reaction when the results of the presidential election are released.

The INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church preacher stated there could be a crisis if Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu or Peter Obi do not emerge winners of the presidential polls

The clergyman told journalists on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, the possibility of staging a coup in the country is zero.

Primate Ayodele said: “There will be no coup, but the point is if Obi loses this election, there will be a crisis; if Tinubu loses this election, there will be a crisis.”

The religious leader further revealed that if the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) manipulates the poll, the electoral umpire will face the wrath of God.

Ayodele’s comments are coming a few days after the chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress Femi Fani-Kayode claimed some politicians are planning with the military to overthrow the civilian government.

Fani-Kayode pointed accusing hands at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar of conniving with the military to stage a coup which he has denied.
