Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has pointed accusing fingers at President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration for the persistent drop of the naira against the dollar.

During the presidential rally in Cross River state Calabar, the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer expressed dissatisfaction with how the nation’s currency has dwindled over the year which has affected the economy.

Speaking at his presidential rally in Calabar, Cross River state capital, the national leader of the ruling party expressed anger over the current naira-to-dollar exchange rate under the government of President Buhari.

The former Lagos state governor further stated that if the current government had solutions to the problems, it would have been addressed.

In a video seen by Legit.ng on TV, Tinubu said:

“Today as they torture, they moved the exchange rate from N200 to N800. If they had repaired it, if they had arrested it, we won’t be where we are today. We will be greater.

“They don’t know the way; they don’t know how to think.” They don’t know how to do.”
