German tactician Thomas Tuchel is keen on returning to the English Premier League (EPL) after parting ways with top German Bundesliga side Bayern Munich.
A post shared on the X handle (formerly Twitter) of respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reveals that Tuchel remains keen on getting back to work already this summer.
Romano further disclosed in his post on the social media platform that Tuchel is waiting for a good opportunity especially if Manchester United decide to sack Eric Ten Hag.
‘‘Thomas Tuchel remains keen on getting back to work already this summer, in case of good opportunity.
‘‘If Manchester United decide to fire Erik ten Hag (still waiting on internal review), Tuchel would be one of the names in the shortlist. He’s very keen on PL’s return.’’ Romano shared on his X handle.

Recall that Tuchel decided not to continue as the manager of Bayern Munich, sticking to his earlier decision to leave the club at the end of the season.
Important details for Tuchel to continue as Bayern’s coach were being worked out between the club’s representatives and the agent of the former Chelsea coach at the club’s headquarters.
The experienced coach, though, declared he is ready for a new challenge and would not be staying on as Bayern’s coach.
Tuchel stated that he still stands by his decision to leave as Bayern coach at the end of the season since he was unable to agree with the team to continue.
