Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the investing public of a delay in the submission of its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, as well as the unaudited statements for the periods ended June 30 and September 30, 2025.

The notice was issued by the Company Secretary, Nasiru Adeyemi, who explained that the delay was due to circumstances encountered during the audit process beyond the company’s control.

According to Adeyemi, “Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc. (‘the Company’) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), stakeholders, and the general public that the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 and the Unaudited Financial Statements for the periods ended June 30, 2025, and September 30, 2025 are yet to be filed due to some unavoidable delays occasioned during our audit processes and circumstances beyond our control.”

He further assured stakeholders that efforts are ongoing to conclude the audit and file all pending reports promptly. “The Audited Financial Statement will be filed on or before 31 January 2026,” he stated.

Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc, a long-standing player in the manufacturing and paper products sector, urged shareholders and the public to remain patient and assured them that the company remains committed to transparency and regulatory compliance.

The NGX is expected to continue monitoring the situation in line with market disclosure requirements.
