The former Lagos state governor also added that Edo being the Heart Beat of Nigeria will compete in gas production with the likes of superpower Russia.

In a statement signed by the media officer to the APC flagbearer Tunde Rahman, Tinubu encouraged the Edo people to reclaim their mandate from their opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by forging unity of purpose.

The statement read:
“Edo, take your state back. First of all, let us forge unity. Let’s find the way where they say there is no way.”
