This was made known in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by transfer guru Fabrizio Romano who informed that Ndidi had decided to stay on despite bids from five clubs.
Romano also noted that the final details of the deal are being discussed on the three-year which will elapse in the year 2027 with a release clause also inserted.

This comes about a month after Everton indicated an interest in signing Ndidi from Leicester City.
Everton is eyeing the combative player as a potential replacement for Amadou Onana, who may leave this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
Further reports also suggest that Sevilla and Real Sociedad are also interested in the 27-year-old player, whose present club, has now announced that they are in talks to renew his contract.
