Seun Kuti has described Peter Okoye of the P-Square group as an illiterate for insulting the Kuti family.
The Afrobeat singer made the statement via a video he uploaded online after Peter Okoye said Seun was nobody without his father’s name.
In reply, Seun accused Peter of stealing music ideas from foreigners and using them as his own. He also accused Peter of frolicking with politicians.
The Afrobeat singer said:
“I will not blame Peter for insulting my father, dragging what me I’m saying to my father, because Peter is uneducated, na illiterate.”

Seun said the Labour Party presidential candidate is not the messiah Nigerian needs, noting that only a people’s movement can rescue Nigeria from its current political trouble.
In another news, Peter Okoye of the P-Square group has disclosed that his wife, Lola Omotayo, is older than him by a good number of years.
The singer made the disclosure in a recent interview when talking about how much he appreciated his wife for being kind to him.
He said before he married her, they had two kids. The singer stated that many people suggested he would dump her for a younger lady but all that proved false.
