Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in the news again for another obvious blunder he committed while addressing students during his presidential campaign.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate made the mistake on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in Osun state.
The former Lagos state governor who spoke in the Yoruba dialect mistakenly said he will ensure the academic calendar of students remains eight years instead of four.

The video of the blunder went viral on social media as the APC flagbearer was meant to say that if elected president the minimum academic year of students will not go beyond its stipulated time.
Tinubu in his words said: “Those of you in school, write it down. Call me a basta*rd if you spend more than eight years in school. You will be in school for eight years.”
