Following the catastrophic earthquake that struck Morocco on Saturday, which took many lives, President Bola Tinubu sent his sincere sympathies to King Mohammed VI, according to a presidential spokesperson.
In a statement released by Ajuri Ngelale, the President expressed his condolences to the families who lost loved ones and to everyone else touched by this tragedy. He also wished those who were injured a full and speedy recovery.
President Tinubu assures the Moroccan government and people that they have the sincere prayers and well wishes of all Nigerians during this tragic time.
“In the face of this adversity, Nigeria will continue to stand in solidarity with Morocco as they recover, rebuild and come out stronger than ever from this unfortunate event,” the President assured.
