Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has conveyed heartfelt condolences to Abdelaziz Albisher, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Nigeria, on the passing of the Emir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheik Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
Governor Sani’s message, addressed to Ambassador Albisher, reflected the profound shock and sorrow of the Emir’s demise.
It praised the late Emir as a visionary leader and exemplary statesman whose courageous leadership had steered Kuwait towards remarkable progress and stability.
“The late Emir was a visionary leader and great statesman. He led Kuwait with uncommon courage and commitment. Under his watch, Kuwait made steady progress and became a reference point in development and stability,” expressed Governor Uba Sani in his message.
Emphasizing the significant partnership between Kaduna State and Kuwait, the Governor highlighted the pivotal role played by the late Emir in expanding Kuwait’s humanitarian interventions in Nigeria.
“We in Kaduna State are deeply pained by the loss of the legendary Emir,” Governor Sani continued.
“The vision of the late Emir led to the expansion of Kuwait’s humanitarian interventions in Nigeria. Kuwait’s interventions have helped to bring succour to the poor, underserved and vulnerable. The legacy of the late Emir will surely endure,” he added.
Governor Sani conveyed prayers for the repose of the late Emir’s soul and requested divine strength for the ruling Sabah Family and the Kuwaiti populace to navigate this profound loss.
