No politician in Nigeria has President tinubu's work rate, says Comedian Seyi Law

Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, famously known as Seyi Law, a stand-up comedian and Master of Ceremonies, has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a workaholic.

Seyi Law has been a vocal supporter of Tinubu before the 2023 general elections and has continued to support the president.

He made the comment while reacting to a throwback photo of Tinubu canvassing votes for Senator Opeyemi Bamidele in Ekiti state before the elections.

Bamidele, a former commissioner of youth and sports under the Tinubu-led administration in Lagos state, was elected the Majority Leader of the Nigerian Senate on Tuesday, July 4.

To celebrate his emergence, some All Progressives Congress supporters shared photos and videos from the past to inform members of the public about the political relationship between President Tinubu and Senator Bamidele since their days in Lagos.

Reacting to one of such videos, Seyi Law wrote:

”I swear, no politician in Nigeria has Asiwaju’s work rate. Just look at Senator Opeyemi Bamidele today.

”How many politicians can point to the people they have made? He paid for Senator’s law school because he needed him to help make good policies. Baba na baba.”

Recall that during the electioneering period, Seyi Law raised an alarm that his wife was threatened because of his political stance.

However, the comedian did not report to the police about the incident, prompting social media users to accuse him of sensationalism.

Seyi Law is married to an Igbo woman, Ebere, and they have been married for 12 years, with two daughters to show for it.
