CP Adegoke Fayoade of the Lagos State Police Command has extended felicitations to Lagos residents, conveying warm wishes for the festive seasons of Christmas and New Year.

According to the Lagos state police command spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, the Commissioner has instructed all Area Commanders, DPOs, Tactical Commanders, and Intelligence Officers to deploy adequate human and operational resources at critical locations throughout Lagos.
He said the directive aims to preempt any potential security breaches during the festive period.
”Officers on duty are urged to exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and unwavering vigilance while executing their duties,” the statement quoted the CP as saying.
Emphasizing the importance of sustained peace in Lagos, CP Fayoade assured continuous monitoring and review of the security framework. This proactive approach is aimed at safeguarding the tranquillity and safety of residents.
The Command encouraged citizens to remain vigilant, prioritize security consciousness, and promptly report suspicious activities or incidents to the nearest Police Station.
