Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has escaped a kidnap attempt made on her by her domestic staff.
In a post on Instagram, the musician confirmed a security breach at her residence on Thursday, April 13.
The statement, which was signed by her management, disclosed that some suspects had been arrested following the incident.

The statement read:
“Following recent reports online, we can confirm that on Thursday, 13th April 2023, there was a major security breach at the residence of musician Tiwa Savage.
“A number of suspects were caught and are currently being held under investigation at Alagbon Police Station, Ikoyi. Ms Savage and her family are safe and well.”
In another news, Tiwa Savage has jokingly claimed to be pregnant for her former boss, Don Jazzy.
She made the statement when reacting to a skit where Don Jazzy was accused of impregnating a lady.
In the skit, the music executive was seen questioning his Pharmacist, Kiekie, about the fake condoms she sold to him that resulted in his lover being pregnant for him.
