In a historic collaboration, Afreximbank has announced a landmark Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with King’s College London to establish a pioneering medical and nursing school in Abuja, Nigeria.
The agreement, formalized at King’s College London’s Strand Campus on November 24, marks a significant leap in transforming healthcare education and training across Africa.
The MoA signifies a pivotal step towards conducting a comprehensive scoping study to assess the feasibility of jointly founding a state-of-the-art medical and nursing institution adjacent to the African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE) in Nigeria’s capital.
