Logos Olori a renowned Nigerian singer and rapper was involved in a car accident in Lagos on Sunday. The Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) signee confirmed the news on his Instagram page.
He posted pictures of the damaged vehicle and said his label boss Davido had promised him a new car. Olori also urged the government to repair the dilapidated road where he got into the accident. “Thank God for life, new whip on the way,” he wrote. “Make them try do Lekki road.”
In July, Olori’s debut single ‘Jaye Lo’ video sparked controversy when DMW boss Davido shared it on his social media pages.
The video showed people praying and dancing outside a Mosque, which Muslims saw as “disrespectful” to Islam. Davido initially ignored the criticism but later shot a new video for his artist.
