Innoson Vehicles, Nigeria’s trailblazing indigenous automobile manufacturing company, marks a significant milestone today as it celebrates 13 years since Chief Innocent Chukwuma initiated the manufacturing of vehicles.

Founded in 2009 by Chief Chukwuma, Innoson Vehicles has become a beacon of ingenuity and entrepreneurship in Nigeria’s automotive sector.

The company’s manufacturing facility is situated in Umudim Nnewi, Anambra state, and has played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s automotive landscape.

Innoson Vehicles holds the distinction of being Nigeria’s first indigenous automobile manufacturer.

Over the past 13 years, it has carved a niche for itself in the competitive automotive industry by producing a wide range of vehicles, including cars, buses, and trucks, all designed to cater to the diverse needs of the Nigerian market.

Auto experts say Chief Chukwuma’s vision of promoting locally made automobiles has resulted in significant technological advancements, employment opportunities, and economic growth in Nigeria.

Innoson Vehicles has made substantial strides in producing vehicles that meet international standards while being tailored to local conditions and preferences.

The company has also been at the forefront of demonstrating that Nigeria can produce world-class vehicles and promote self-reliance in the automotive sector.

As Innoson Vehicles celebrates 13 years of accomplishments, Chief Chukwuma stated that he and his team envision a future where locally manufactured vehicles are the pride of Nigeria and the African continent.

He said the company remains committed to innovation, quality, and promoting “Made in Nigeria” products.
