Police confirm Mohbad’s autopsy has been conducted, assures Nigerians of more information

In a recent update, the Nigeria Police Force, through its official Twitter account, @PoliceNG, has shared information regarding the progress of the autopsy procedure for the late Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known professionally as MohBad.

Mobad was a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter from Lagos who died on Tuesday, September 12. 

According to the announcement, the autopsy procedure for Mohbad has been successfully completed. 

However, specific details about the autopsy results are yet to be disclosed. 

The police have assured the public that further information will be provided as soon as the results become available.

Completing the autopsy is a significant step in investigating the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing. 

The Nigeria Police Force assured Nigerians that it remains committed to transparency and thoroughness in its investigation and will keep the public informed as the case progresses.

Mohbad was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Records and left the label in 2022. 

Since his death, several videos of Naira Marley’s boys bullying him have surfaced on social media, sparking outrage among young Nigerians. 

Several processions have been held in Mohbad’s honour in more than a dozen cities.
