Although her attempt at breaking a Guinness Book of Record on the most extended cooking hours is yet to be certified, celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, is backing another Nigerian Chef even to beat her unofficial record.

Hilda’s record of 100 hours of cooking non-stop is still being awaited for confirmation by GWR.

The new Chef, known as Chef Dammy, and based in Ekiti State, has begun her own cook-a-thon that will last for 120 hours.

Her attempt has received criticism from Baci’s fans much as it has also received some commendation from those who say there’s no crime in her pursuit.

Amidst the controversies generated, Hilda Baci has now thrown her support behind the Ekiti Chef, praising her unwavering spirit.

In a post on her social media pages, the Akwa Ibom chef said the beauty of dreams is that they are unique to each individual

She said Chef Dami’s boldness to take on a cooking challenge shows that passion knows no limits.

She told the Ekiti chef to embrace the journey, learn from every experience, and inspire others with her unwavering spirit.

Meanwhile, the Ekiti-based chef has surpassed Hilda Baci’s 100-hour Cook-a-thon record.

The chef, on Tuesday, shared the new record on her Instagram page while celebrating the feat.

While some netizens have criticised her for attempting to break Hilda’s ‘yet to be confirmed’ attempt by the Guinness World Record, some have showered praise on her for believing in herself.
