Apostle Johnson Suleman has seemingly suggested who Lagosians should vote for ahead of the forthcoming 2023 state governorship elections.

The founder of the Omega Fire Ministries made a post on Twitter about his family asking him which candidate should they thumb-print for during the gubernatorial elections.

The outspoken Man of God said he has preferred to stay away from politics this time because he does not want any controversy concerning whoever his preferred candidate was.

However, Apostle Suleman said if he tells people to vote for the Labour Party candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, he will be misinterpreted and would come under a backlash.

The clergyman said in his tweet: “I am asking because my family members in Lagos are asking me who they should vote for, if I say they should all vote @GRVlagos, people will say I have started again, that as a pastor I should support everyone…
“So I won’t say anything…”
