MAX, an African mobility-tech company, has made a significant contribution to the Lagos Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) by donating low-emission motorcycles to support the distribution of registration cards across the state.
During a handover ceremony held in Lagos, Tolulope Thomas, CEO of MAX, reiterated the company’s commitment to supporting government initiatives as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
“MAX is a socially responsible company that seeks opportunities to collaborate with the government for the benefit of citizens,” Thomas said.
Deji Sobowale, MAX’s head of government relations, emphasized the importance of organizations investing in the communities where they operate and fostering positive relationships with government agencies.
MAX highlighted its journey since 2015 to build Africa’s largest mobility-tech platform, providing solutions for mobility entrepreneurs to operate safely, affordably, and with minimal emissions.
The company’s initiatives include bridging the credit gap by empowering transport operators to access income-generating assets, develop digital credit profiles, and seize future growth opportunities.
MAX offers comprehensive vehicle subscription packages through its MAX Drive and MAX Advantage products. MAX Drive, a subscription-to-own service, enables access to finance and ownership for various vehicles, including Keke, Okada, and cars.
Additionally, MAX has introduced MAXe, providing electric vehicles tailored to Africa’s transportation needs, offering a more sustainable mode of transportation.
