Abdul-Azeez Adeniran also known as Jandor submitted a petition to the Lagos state governorship election tribunal regarding the outcome of the March 18 polls.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate is asking the court to disqualify Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who was declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The PDP and Jandor are also calling for the disqualification of Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour who represented the Labour Party (LP), alleging he did not comply with the Electoral Act 2022.
Sanwo-Olu polled the highest number of votes while Rhodes-Vivour came second, and Jandor held the third position in the governorship election.
