Famous Nigerian singer, Timaya, has said he loves his fellow female musician Tems because of her music prowess.
Timaya made the statement during an interview on Cool FM when responding to a question about his thoughts on the new crop of Nigerian singers.
He stated that Tems reminds him of a secondary school girl who was fond of him back then when he resided at Abike Sulemon in Lekki Phase One.
He said:
“I love Tems, but do you know, I keep looking at Tems. She reminds me of someone when I was living at Abike Sulemon in Lekki Phase One. She was going to Dowen College and she comes out of my house, like the front of my house cuz she wants to see me.”
The singer said he is amazed at how far Tems has come to become a super duper international star.
Meanwhile, Timaya has ruled out the possibility of getting married anytime soon.
The musician made the disclosure recently in a chat on a programme, Kulele zone, which aired on Wazobia radio.
When the presenter asked him if he was thinking of marriage, he said the thought had not crossed his mind.
