Two people have been reported injured following a truck accident in Alapere Estate, Ketu area of Lagos State, a pedestrian bridge collapsed after a violent collision with a truck, the accident happened on Thursday.
The accident was reported to have affected two persons as they obtained various injuries on themselves.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority [LASTMA] has blamed the truck driver stating that it surpassed the height level for the bridge leading to collision and got hooked and unable to move further leading to the bridge collapse.
Owning to the accident, the traffic was blocked around the Alapere Estate Ketu, with debris of goods carried by the truck.
As of the time of this report, a video released by the Governor’s special assistant on news media Jubril Gawat released a video which shows that the debris is being removed.
